Evaluation Question 2

In terms of synergy between my video and ancillary products, I tried to link them as much as possible. All of my ancillary products feature the same location as that of my video (Broadwater Farm estate), which will add a sense of familiarality with the audience that saw our video. In addition to this, I used the same quote that appears at the end of our video in the inside panel of my album. This almost creates a slogan that people will associate with our group if we continued to use it in future products. Throughout my ancillary products themselves, I still applied a sense of synergy that is on display. This is evident in my use of the same black and white colour scheme in all my products to give them a sense of identity. I also used the same font throughout so I remain consistent in my products. In addition to this, my ancilliary products also emulate the widescreen filters seen in our video, which strenghtens the link between my video and products. My advertisement also contains a high level of synergy as it also recreates the image of my album's front cover, which allows my audience to identify my album if they saw the ad prior to the album.
